Jose A. Villafranca, C.P.A. is a partner at Colbert, Boué & Associates, LLP. Jose joined the firm in 1998 as an associate and became a partner in 2011. For nearly 20 years, Jose has focused his practice on all aspects of tax services for both small businesses and individuals, with a special focus on the professional services industry. Jose employs his years of experience to guide business owners on tax minimization strategies, periodic reporting, forecasting, and development and implementation of succession plans and a broader understanding of the impact decisions they make today may have on the value of their businesses.
